DeepaMehtaClient Service --- JSON RPC API ---
A Singleton Class of Cairngorm's ServiceLocator to handle HTTP
through POST requests with JSON bodies.
Note: Requires DeepaMehta 2.0b8e with dmrpc servlet installed
